How do I sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Sign into the same iCloud account on both devices. Games, history and stats sync automatically; there's nothing to set up and no account to create. Open the app on the other device and your games are in the Library.
Can I scan a puzzle I've already started on paper?
Yes. Tap the camera button at the top of the home screen, line the grid up in the square, and take the photo. On the check screen, printed numbers are bold and your own numbers are lighter. Tap a cell to fix a number, or hold it to switch between printed and yours, then tap Solve and play.
How do I play with a friend?
Tap the two-person button at the top of the home screen and choose Together (one shared board) or Race (same puzzle, your own boards). Share a game through iCloud to play at your own pace, or play live with Game Center or SharePlay. Everyone needs the app.
How do challenges work?
After you solve a puzzle, tap Challenge a friend to send that exact puzzle with your time and score. They play it whenever they like and see who won. Set the name shown on your challenges in Settings.
Do hints cost points?
By default each hint level costs a few points, and showing the answer costs the same as a miss. Turn on Free hints in Settings if you'd rather they never affect your score.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Your games stay on your device and in your own iCloud. See the privacy policy for details.
